Judgment Entry that: the court grants Level's motion to strike that information submitted by Maloof in the Appendix to Appellant's Reply Brief and the Supplemental Appendix to Appellant's Reply Brief. The court denies Maloof's motion to withdraw the reference to the trial court so that he may file a new motion to vacate, as well as Maloof's request that the court make a report to the U.S. Attorney. The decision of Bankruptcy Court is affirmed, and this case is dismissed. This order is final and appealable. Signed by Judge Ann Aldrich on 8-16-07.
